I was born in San Michele di Ganzaria in 1943 and is a student of agricultural disciplines. I obtained a Diploma in Agricultural Agricultural Technical Institute in Caltagirone (CT). I taught for many years in middle school in Milan and then after a degree in Agricultural Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture University of Milan, I began my career teaching in high school, first teaching in various institutes Surveyors in the region of Lombardy and, later, at the Agricultural Technical Institute "Francesco Cucuzza" of Caltagirone, where I served as chair of Biology, Plant Pathology and Agricultural Entomology.
